What to write in about
- A number looks off: tell us which calculator, what inputs you used and what you expected. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
- A calculator you wish existed: we build new tools based on what people actually ask for.
- General confusion about a result: if a page reads unclear, say so. We would rather rewrite it than leave you guessing.
- Press or research requests: ask us directly about the sourcing behind any range or multiplier on the site.
What we cannot do
Nobody on this team can evaluate your case or tell you what to do next. That is a licensed attorney's job, not ours. Use the calculators to prep questions for that conversation, not to skip it.
Response time
Most messages get a reply within two business days. Corrections that affect a published figure get priority over general questions.
